Rua Golba creates paintings, sculptures, installations, and films work. Her projects show the author’s anthropological interest – analyses the values and principles specific to particular cultures, negotiates the relationship between forms and gestures to explore social relationships and individual subjective states. The artist in the framework of practices which examine deconstruction and reorganization of social, historical, and ideological structures, attentively tests. It also explores the ways of seeing and perceiving – of their optical conditions on the psychological understanding of the image. A graduate of the Faculty of Media Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
